- Help>Install new software。
- 弹出Add Repository对话框，name随便填写，Location填写汉化包的下载地址，官方镜像地址为：
https://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/latest/。 - 搜索出很多相关安装包，从中勾选Babel Language Packs in Chinese (Simplified)，同时不勾选下面的Contact all update sites during install to find required software选项。
- 点击Next安装即可。
